Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LOQii.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-returnable items:
• Worn or washed items
• Items not in original condition
• Sale items (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
